A message to branch members from our Chairman:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dear Branch Member<\/p>\n

This letter is to remind you that the voting website for Sunderland & South Tyneside “Pub of the Year” & “Club of the Year” 2016-2017 is still open. Voting will close at midnight Friday 27th<\/sup> January 2017<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you have already voted you can disregard this email.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Voting online:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The voting website can be found at http:\/\/evp.sst.camra.org.uk\/<\/a><\/p>\n

In order to logon you will need your CAMRA membership number (available from your membership card) & the password you use to logon to all official CAMRA websites. You should note however that for security purposes CAMRA HQ expired all existing passwords on 7th<\/sup> October this year so if you have not recently logged on you will first need to visit the CAMRA members website<\/strong> at <\/em>https:\/\/members.camra.org.uk<\/em><\/a> & setup a new password<\/em><\/p>\n

Once you have access to the voting site you can vote for upto three pubs & upto three clubs from the drop down menus. {You must vote for at least one pub before your vote will be accepted<\/em>.}<\/p>\n

When you have made your choice you will be offered on screen a chance to review & change your choice or exit without submitting a vote. However once you have submitted your vote you will not be able to log back on & make any change.<\/em><\/p>\n

If you have any problems or concerns with the online vote please contact the branch ballot returning officer on evote@sst.camra.org.uk<\/a><\/p>\n

Any technical issues with the voting website can be referred to the branch webmaster on webmin01@sst.camra.org.uk<\/a><\/p>\n

If you are unable to vote online:<\/strong><\/p>\n

You may complete the voting slip previously sent to you & return it to the branch secretary. In order to be a valid paper vote your letter must be received by the secretary before the closing date\/time given above. To be a valid vote your membership number must be written on the slip<\/strong>. This is to allow paper & online votes to be reconciled to ensure one vote per member.<\/p>\n
